Position Overview:
As a Principal Clinical Specialist for SVI at CVS Covidien Sales LLC, you will play a crucial role in advancing healthcare solutions through your expertise and dedication. Your contributions will help bridge the gap between innovative medical technologies and clinical application, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive technical assistance for SVI products and procedures to a diverse clinical audience, including healthcare professionals such as physicians, nurses, and technicians.
  • Assist sales representatives by providing product training and support during critical cases, focusing on the safe and effective utilization of our offerings.
  • Conduct training sessions for various stakeholders involved in the use and marketing of the Closure System and VenaSeal, targeting General & Vascular Surgeons, Cardiovascular Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists, and other specialists in venous disease management.
  • Facilitate education on superficial venous ultrasound and related products, ensuring all users are well-informed and confident in their application.
  • Provide case support to drive business initiatives and collaborate with healthcare teams in the selection process for procedures.
  • Address customer concerns by investigating issues, proposing solutions, and reporting findings to management.
  • Support the sales strategy through collaboration with sales teams, market development efforts, and technical case assistance.
  • Engage in ongoing training and educational opportunities to enhance personal and team knowledge.
  • Maintain a robust understanding of product performance and relay feedback to Research and Development for potential improvements.
  • Work closely with the sales team to devise tailored strategies for promoting Venous Vascular products to established accounts.
  • Participate in the creation of new tools and strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Adhere to financial, regulatory, and quality compliance standards.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
  • A High School diploma with 9+ years of relevant experience, an Associate degree with 5+ years, or a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in ultrasound and/or venous procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device sector.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships across various organizational levels.
  • Strong project management capabilities.

Physical Requirements:
Candidates must be able to:
  • Independently navigate various environments, including hospitals and surgical centers.
  • Lift up to 20 pounds and perform computer-based tasks for extended periods.
  • Travel frequently, including overnight stays, as required.
