The Executive Culinary Ambassador is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to various communities located in different states to assist with enhancing the overall Resident experience through the provision of exceptional oversight and culinary training to kitchen team members and directing of all menu offerings.
The Senior Dining Experience Specialist will be responsible for creating and preparing high-quality meals and coordinating culinary activities for all dining venues: Bistro, Casual, Formal, Luminations memory care and Club Room, as well as special events and private functions in the absence of an incumbent Executive Chef.
This is to be handled in a professional, friendly, courteous, helpful, and timely manner, resulting in a very high level of satisfaction for Residents and their guests.
The Senior Dining Experience Specialist position is under the general guidance of the National Executive Chef.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement culinary strategies to enhance the dining experience for Residents and their guests.
- Provide exceptional oversight and culinary training to kitchen team members to ensure high-quality menu offerings.
- Direct and coordinate culinary activities for all dining venues, including special events and private functions.
- Collaborate with the National Executive Chef to ensure consistency and excellence in culinary standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Culinary Degree, required.
- Combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from culinary school or any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Proven experience as a chef in diverse culinary settings.
- Five or more years in Food and Beverage, country club, fine dining, restaurant, or senior living hospitality experience, required.
- Two or more years leading culinary or dining services, required.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills, required.
- Scratch cooking experience, required.
- Sauté and broiler experience, preferred.
- Certified Executive Chef, highly preferred.
- ServeSafe certification, preferred.
For the Senior Dining Experience Specialist position, we offer competitive compensation and a full benefits package for full-time employees including:
