Key Responsibilities:

As the Community Banking Branch Leader, you will oversee the daily operations of the branch while fostering relationships with both existing and prospective customers. You will collaborate with various business units to enhance the growth and profitability of the banking center.

  • Manage branch operations, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and facility oversight.
  • Drive the sales performance of branch staff through coaching, development initiatives, and performance management.
  • Address and resolve escalated customer issues effectively.
  • Perform Personal Banker duties as required.
  • Enhance the bank's visibility in the local community by engaging in networking activities and initiating outreach efforts to boost branch sales.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Prior experience in retail banking and management is advantageous.
  • Experience in business development and working with small business clients is preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
