We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Member Engagement to join our team at the American Bankers Association (ABA). This role plays a key part in building and maintaining strong relationships with our Large Bank Group (LBG) members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and Reporting: Conduct in-depth research on member banks and bankers, identifying key areas of focus for ABA executives in future interactions.
  • CRM and Data Management: Serve as the primary LBG liaison for efforts related to Nimble AMS, participating in testing and providing feedback for broader staff-driven testing groups.
  • Dues Billing: Lead the execution of the dues billing process, collecting 40% of the overall membership dues budget.
  • Committees: Maintain data integrity for the three committees led by the Large Bank Group, communicating changes to rosters or descriptions to committee liaisons and admins.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in an administrative or project management role supporting senior level staff.
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and follow through on tasks.
  • Self-starter with a demonstrated take-charge approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency with other Microsoft suite of products.
