Senior Events Manager

Quorum is seeking a highly skilled Senior Events Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of all corporate and client-facing events. As a key member of the Demand Generation team, you will drive demand generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement through events.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive events strategy that aligns with business goals, working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure that events effectively communicate our value proposition and engage target audiences.
- Manage event budgets and logistics, ensuring a high ROI on each initiative.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and contractors to execute top-tier events.
- Oversee all logistical aspects of event planning, from venue selection and contract negotiation to on-site execution and post-event follow-up.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver seamless event experiences.
- Establish KPIs for each event and conduct post-event analysis to measure success and inform future strategies.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale events and working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer engagement tactics.
- Exceptional project management skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of managing multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
- Proficient in CRM systems and event management tools.
- Ability to work successfully in a fully remote environment and manage sales teams on site.
- 7+ years of experience in event marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
