Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance customer experience.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
