Position Summary: Tech Providers is hiring a FCD Call Center Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. As a member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records and reports.
About the Position: In this dynamic role, you will work with customers, answering their questions and providing information about our products and services. You will also be responsible for recording and confirming customer orders, complaints, or service information, as well as directing calls for further problem resolution. Your skills in data entry, database management, and software proficiency will be essential in this role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Record and confirm customer orders, complaints, or service information accurately and efficiently.
- Direct calls for further problem resolution and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics.
- Proficiency in data entry, database management, and software applications.
Compensation and Benefits: The estimated annual salary for this position is $52,000 - $62,000, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
