Responsibilities:

* Administer employee benefits, including enrollment, eligibility, and claims processing
* Assist with new employee setups, including I-9s and E-Verify, deductions and reimbursements, social security verifications, and COBRA reimbursements
* Process FMLA, other leaves of absences, and requests for short-term and long-term disability
* Respond to and resolve benefits, employee information, and payroll-related questions
* Process background/credit checks, drug tests, and FCRA compliance
* Maintain confidentiality and protect company, personal, and private information

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent attention to detail, administrative, and organizational skills
* Ability to sort, analyze, and understand numerical data
* Ability to think critically and problem-solve, raise concerns to supervisor
* Benefits administration work experience preferred, but not required
* Ability to work independently without direct supervision, demonstrates initiative
* Ability to perform responsibilities in a timely manner and prioritize urgent requests
* Team-oriented, helpful attitude, and professional demeanor
