We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Operations to join our team at EIHAB Human Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall functioning of our New Jersey Services, ensuring that our departments and programs are responsive to the needs of our clients and operate effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our programs and departments.
- Oversee the development and management of the annual budget for our departments and programs.
- Ensure that all staff have the necessary education, experience, and competencies to carry out their assigned duties.
- Provide thorough orientation to new staff members and ensure that they receive consistent and thorough supervision, support, coaching, training, evaluation, and feedback.
- Make periodic written and verbal reports to the EIHAB Human Services Board of Trustees as directed by the CEO and/or directly by the Board of Trustees.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a field of study related to human services, or the equivalent.
- At least five years of management experience in human services and seven years of experience working in human services with at least three of those years working with individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to function and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
- Strong mathematical ability to properly assess and make fiscally viable decisions.
