The successful candidate will primarily operate from our office while enjoying the flexibility of remote work options a few days each week.

As we embark on our first prime contract with the Intelligence community, we are looking for an individual who can significantly contribute to our evolving financial and accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the Project Control Analyst (PCA) functions across various contracts and subcontracts, including multiple contract types.
  • Utilize Unanet software for project management and accounting tasks.
  • Input awards and modifications into the Unanet system.
  • Coordinate project resource planning activities.
  • Establish projects within the accounting framework.
  • Monitor direct labor utilization and manage contract purchase requests and orders.
  • Track and report project costs, fees, and expenses by contract line item.
  • Generate essential customer reports, including invoices and contract data reports.
  • Conduct floor check reports and accounts receivable aging reports.
  • Provide expert analysis on contract cost performance, offering insights for improvement.
  • Assist in the management of Unanet software.
  • Maintain records of corporate opportunities and analyze profit and loss trends.
  • Lead the annual DCAA submissions for provisional rates and incurred costs.
Qualifications:Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 3 years in a managerial role or higher, particularly in system implementation and policy development.
  • Proficiency in the UNANET accounting system.
  • Strong understanding of FAR, DFAR, and DCAA regulations.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
Desired:
  • Possession of a Full Security Clearance.
  • Relevant government certifications such as CGFM or PMP.
  • Experience in contracts and subcontracts administration.
  • Knowledge of indirect rate development and proposal pricing support.
