Dentist Associate Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced dentist to join our team at Belmont Family Dentistry. Our office is located in the greater Boston area and offers a state-of-the-art facility with a comprehensive approach to full-service dentistry.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring superior patient satisfaction, and delivering exceptional clinical results.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in real-world dentistry, preferably in a high-paced environment, and possess a strong work ethic, superior clinical skills, and a caring and motivated personality.
Responsibilities:
- Provide patients with quality comprehensive dental care and ensure superior patient satisfaction.
- Thoroughly and efficiently perform clinical dentistry functions, including assessing patients' dental needs and formulating individualized treatment plans.
- Provide treatment to manage and/or eliminate dental disease, restore tooth function and aesthetics, and prevent future disease and/or decay.
- Providers are responsible for the entire clinical patient experience from the initial exam and treatment plan to delivery of care.
Qualifications:
- The perfect fit for our team is a caring and motivated people-person with a strong work ethic and superior clinical skills.
- Must have 3 years of experience in real-world dentistry, preferably in a high-paced environment.
- Please bring a portfolio of cases to interview if you have one.
Details:
- Job Types: Full-time or (2 days minimum)
- Pay: 32% collections minus lab fees.
- Commensurate on Experience.
