Job Type Full-timeDescriptionThe Project Quality Leader is a key member of the JLG Architects team, responsible for supporting the Director of Production in maintaining a high-performing Quality Assurance program. This program ensures that all projects meet the target outcome of a minimum 3.5 QA rating. The Project Quality Leader will work closely with project teams to track proper development, create and deliver ongoing training programs, and work with the design technology team to establish best practices and building code evolution. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in practice, including internships, and a Master's of Architecture from an accredited university. They will also have expert knowledge of building codes, building science, and constructability, as well as the ability to provide job functions on projects of any budget. The Project Quality Leader must conduct themselves with utmost integrity and set an example of JLGer behavior. They will complete work in a timely fashion at the highest standards of quality.**Responsibilities:**
* Assist the Director of Production in maintaining Quality Assurance program to support all projects throughout JLG to meet target outcome of minimum 3.5 QA rating.
* Support projects through scheduled touch bases to track proper development.
* Create and deliver ongoing training programs for project delivery staff to establish best practices and lessons learned.
* Work with design technology team in standards creation to support construction best practices and building code evolution.
* Demonstrated understanding of managing team all team sizes.
* Accountable for full project deliverables.
* Train and mentor Project Architects, Job Captains and Project Associates through continual project peer review.
* Accountable for construction administration phase outcomes demonstrated through JLG change order benchmarks.
* Accountable for solutions to problems that maintain the design intent, are code compliant, and demonstrate a full understanding of best construction practices.
* Establish team understanding of project goals and establish high performance outcomes.
* The Project Quality Leader must conduct themselves with utmost integrity and set an example of JLGer behavior.
* They complete work in a timely fashion at the highest standards of quality.

**Requirements:**
* Minimum 10 years of experience in practice, including internships.
* Master's of Architecture from an accredited university and current architectural registration/licensure.
* Expert knowledge of building codes, building science, and constructability.
* Expert knowledge of project budget management demonstrated through accountability to financial outcomes for all assigned project work.
* Ability to provide job functions on projects of any budget.

**Preferred:**
* Preferred total project portfolio demonstrating experience of minimum $2 B in construction value.
* Exteriors commissioning credentials (BECxP and/or CxA+BE).
* Certified International Building Code Plans Examiner.
