Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and implementing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  2. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  3. Managing project risks and issues, and developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
  4. Reporting project progress to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and customers.
  5. Ensuring that projects are delivered in line with company policies and procedures.

We're looking for a candidate with a strong background in project management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional requirements include:

  1. 2-3 years of relevant project management experience.
  2. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and work to defined timescales.
  3. Capable of coordinating project teams and ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  4. Ability to think creatively and contribute to ideas generation.
  5. A 'roll up your sleeves' mentality, deadline-focused, and attention to detail.
  6. Strong influencing and negotiation skills, experienced networker, and relationship builder.
  7. A strategic thinker with the ability to drive implementation.
