Job Summary

Musco Sports Lighting is seeking a skilled Network Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Installation and Configuration
    • Install and configure network components, including routers, switches, and servers.
    • Plan and implement network cabling, including Cat-5e, Cat-6, Coax, and Fiber.
  • System Troubleshooting and Repair
    • Identify and resolve network issues, including connectivity problems and system crashes.
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure network uptime and performance.
  • Customer Training and Support
    • Provide training and support to customers on network equipment and services.
    • Assist customers with network-related issues and concerns.
  • Other Duties
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Formal education or experience in Telecommunication or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong knowledge of network systems and protocols.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work at heights up to 40 feet.
    • Valid Driver's License.
