This role is hybrid, requiring on-site presence a few days a week.


Your Responsibilities:
As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Conduct Probabilistic Risk Assessments (PRA) for intricate nuclear power plant systems, analyzing potential vulnerabilities to various risks and hazards (e.g., seismic, fire, flooding).
  • Effectively lead project teams, ensuring technical execution aligns with schedule and financial goals.
  • Provide direct PRA support for daily plant operations and the implementation of PRA applications.
  • Identify and support strategic initiatives, develop product offerings, and target specific market segments.
  • Present technical subjects and engage with global clients and regulatory agencies.


Who You Are:
To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Nuclear, or Chemical).
  • Over 10 years of professional experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience in nuclear power plant operations.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in PRA Model development for nuclear facilities.
  • Familiarity with PWR reactor operations.
  • Strong knowledge in:
    • Internal/External Hazards PRAs
    • PRA Applications
    • Level 2 PRAs
    • Human Reliability Analysis (HRA)
    • Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs)
    • Proficiency in PRA software (CAFTA, RiskSpectrum)
    • Experience in Peer Review processes


Preferred Qualifications:
A Professional Engineer License is considered advantageous.
