About Our Team:

Our global Fanatics Retail, In-Venue, and Special Events division spans across North America, Europe, and Asia, supporting a variety of sports leagues and events. Our teams are dedicated to creating a seamless shopping experience, whether at home, during a game, or at one of the world's premier sporting events, through a combination of online, mobile, and physical retail stores, including flagship locations in major cities and at live events such as the Kentucky Derby and golf's Ryder Cup. Each retail environment is designed with a tech-enhanced approach, allowing us to swiftly respond to capture the excitement of sports moments and ensure product availability for fans.

Position Summary:

The Retail Associate plays a crucial role in executing front-line sales efforts, delivering an exceptional fan experience, and ensuring operational excellence within the store. Retail Associates will achieve results through effective communication and a strong ability to collaborate as part of a successful team. This role requires a part-time commitment, which may include various shifts including evenings, weekends, and extended hours during events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome fans and engage them with questions to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Provide product recommendations based on interactions with customers.
  • Maintain the sales floor and stockroom to high standards of organization and cleanliness.
  • Process transactions efficiently using the Fanatics Point of Sale System (POS).
  • Uphold the highest levels of professionalism and customer service to positively represent the Fanatics brand.
  • Understand and embody Fanatics Values in the Retail Associate role.
  • Take on additional tasks as directed by the Leadership team.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly in a dynamic environment.
  • Foreign language skills are advantageous.

Physical Requirements:
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, reach, bend, and move throughout the facility as needed.
  • Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 lbs.
  • Event scheduling may involve exposure to various weather conditions if assigned to outdoor locations.
The compensation for this position ranges from $18.25 to $19 per hour, representing base pay only and excluding any short-term or long-term incentive compensation. The final compensation package considers various factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
