  • Ensure a safe, tidy, and well-organized workspace.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to foster a supportive work environment.
  • Adhere to cleanliness and sanitation protocols.
  • Welcome guests, take food and beverage orders, expedite service, and assist with dining room operations.
  • Accurately operate the POS system for processing all types of guest orders.
  • Handle guest transactions responsibly, ensuring proper payment collection through cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing assistance and taking orders as needed.
  • Engage with guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Restock the beverage station and expo area, maintain restroom cleanliness, dispose of trash, and keep dining areas tidy.
  • Ensure products are maintained at proper temperatures according to standards.
  • Follow portion control guidelines for all products.
  • Clean equipment as assigned, ensuring thoroughness and timeliness.
  • Keep the service area floor clean and free from debris.
  • Complete daily tasks efficiently and in alignment with established standards.
