At Planet Fitness, we're committed to creating a judgement-free zone where our members can feel comfortable and confident in their fitness journey. As a Service Desk Associate, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our members have an amazing experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Manage club access, monitor membership sales, and maintain the cleanliness of the facility and equipment.
  • Operate the Point-of-Sale system, collect balances on past due accounts, and schedule appointments for fitness training sessions.
  • Perform beginning of shift and end of shift procedures, including completing checklists and maintaining organization of the cleaning closet.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, embracing the contributions of all team members.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
  • Ability to work well independently and with others, maintaining a positive attitude and willingness to help others.
