Job Title: Route Sales Representative

Join Frito-Lay as a Route Sales Representative and embark on a dynamic career journey. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising our extensive product line to local stores, including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a Frito-Lay truck to different stores, working independently to unload orders, merchandise product, and partner with store managers to increase sales.
  • Order and maintain records throughout the day, ensuring accurate inventory management and efficient delivery processes.
  • Build relationships with store managers and customers to grow sales on the route, utilizing effective sales techniques and display merchandising strategies.
  • Participate in national initiatives and promotions to drive sales growth and brand awareness.

Requirements:
  • Be 21 years of age or older.
  • Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and the ability to obtain any additional licenses or endorsements required by your state.
