About the Opportunity

We invite applications from experienced professionals looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity as a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT). This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

The BHT will be responsible for providing direct care to patients, including monitoring their location, observing and documenting changes in their behavior or condition, and following therapeutic interventions outlined by the treatment team. The BHT will also be expected to maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A High School Diploma or GED, combined with behavioral health education and work experience totaling 4 years.
  • Current CPR or BLS certification.
  • Succesful completion of SAMA, including restraint and seclusion policies, within 30 days of employment.
Compensation

This is a salaried position with an estimated annual salary range of $45,000 - $55,000, depending on experience.
