About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct support and guidance to residents, helping them achieve their personal goals and improve their overall quality of life. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as medication management and meal preparation.
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans, in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Providing emotional support and guidance, promoting resident empowerment and independence.
  • Contributing to a safe and healthy living environment, ensuring compliance with facility policies and procedures.
  • Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • Certified Caregiver or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with crisis management and de-escalation techniques.
