Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Relationship Manager to join our team in Nashville, TN.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while also identifying new business opportunities.

You will be the face of Davidson's brand, marketing our products and services to current and prospective customers, and promoting our capabilities and benefits.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of related business-to-business sales and/or merchandising experience, a firm knowledge of the firearms industry, and experience with Customer Relationship Management software systems.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Market and promote Davidson's products and services
  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Prospect and establish new business through effective reporting and feedback
Requirements
  • Reside within the Nashville metro area
  • Ability to travel up to 90% of the time
  • Valid state motor vehicle operator license and clean driving record
  • 4+ years of related business-to-business sales and/or merchandising experience
  • Firm knowledge of the firearms industry
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management software systems
Benefits

We offer a generous compensation package, including a starting base pay of $75,000 + quarterly bonus potential, as well as voluntary benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a 401(k) retirement plan with a 25% match.
