We're looking for talented professionals to join our team in Atlanta, Dallas, or Nashville. As a Contract Administrator, you'll play a vital role in processing customer setup, equipment orders, and invoices.

Your Role
  • You'll work closely with sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Interface with leasing companies to facilitate funding of deals.
  • Verify and update funding certificates and lease documents.
  • Utilize internal resources to retrieve original sales and leasing paperwork for review.
  • Analyze financial data using software to correct billing records.
  • Research customer account history and determine necessary actions to resolve disputes.
  • Calculate credit memos as needed.
  • Maintain reports for operations meetings.
  • Set up and terminate contracts.
