Sales Support Coordinator Position

The main focus of this in-office role is to provide assistance to the Sales department in their daily operations, which encompasses customer data management, general departmental support, and assistance to the national account team.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Sales Administrative Assistance
Support for National Account Maintenance, which involves processing orders, handling RMA requests, generating customer quotes, managing Canadian order processing, and setting up new items.
Assist in preparing company projections and monthly forecasts.
Collaborate with the administrative assistant to gather necessary information for compliance disputes.
Undertake projects as assigned.
Customer Data Management
- Ensure the maintenance of all national account customer websites.
Phone Support
- Provide support for call queue management.
- Be trained as a backup in the following areas: Order Processing, EDI, and billing activities related to these orders, credit memos, RMA processing, new customer and item setup, as well as costing and pricing updates.
