Sales Support Coordinator Position

The main focus of this in-office role is to support the Sales division with their everyday operations, which encompasses customer data management, general departmental assistance, and support for the national account team.

This role will also entail providing backup assistance to the Processing Department, which involves a range of tasks including clerical duties, administrative tasks, phone support, and special project assistance.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Sales Administrative Assistance

Support for National Account maintenance, which includes processing orders, handling RMA requests, preparing customer quotes, managing Canadian order processing, and setting up new items.

Assist in preparing company projections and monthly forecasts.

Collaborate with the administrative assistant to gather necessary information for compliance disputes.

Complete projects as assigned.

Customer Data Management

  • Maintain all national account customer websites.
Ensure data quality management for Lowes, Walmart, TSC, and Home Depot.

Phone Support

  • Provide call queue phone support.
Processing Department Assistance

  • Train as a backup in the following areas: Order Processing, EDI, and billing activities related to these orders, credit memos, RMA processing, new customer and item setup, as well as costing and pricing updates.
