Sales Administrative Assistance
Support for National Account maintenance, which entails processing orders, handling RMA requests, preparing customer quotes, managing Canadian order processing, and setting up new items.
Assist in preparing company projections and monthly forecasts.
Collaborate with the administrative assistant to gather necessary details for compliance disputes.
Engage in projects as assigned.
Customer Data Management
- Oversee all national account customer websites.
Phone Support
- Provide call queue phone support.
- Train as a backup in areas such as Order Processing, EDI, and billing activities related to these orders, credit memos, RMA processing, new customer and item setup, as well as costing and pricing updates.
