About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Emerald Technologies. As a key member of our logistics department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our contract logistics services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support our team in contract logistics by acting as a liaison between our customers and internal departments.
  • Take ownership of shipping control for our major customer, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Manage and schedule production in the warehouse, including monitoring of incoming and outgoing goods, and maintaining accurate inventory data in our warehouse management program.
  • Coordinate with customers, partners, and carriers to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer support in coordination with our customer care department.
  • Book incoming and outgoing goods in the warehouse management program, and act as a communication interface between the commercial department and the warehouse.
Requirements
  • Apprenticeship or comparable qualification in freight forwarding and logistics services.
  • Professional experience in the logistics sector, preferably in contract logistics.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems and proficiency in using MS Office programs.
  • Fluent German and good English skills.
  • High level of commitment and team player mentality.
  • Strong communication skills, good expression, and confident demeanor.
