Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Account Manager - Advanced Solutions to join our team at EquipmentShare. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.

Our Advanced Solutions branches offer equipment rentals including Pump, Power & HVAC equipment and more. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Compressed Air, Temperature Control, and/or Power Generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests
  • Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure our customers are 100 percent satisfied with the level of service and support they receive from EquipmentShare
  • Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications
  • Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve our customer experience

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience within commercial sales of either Power Generation, HVAC, Compressed Air, and/or Pumps
  • Ability to sell complex products and solutions
  • Communicates effectively and professionally
  • Ability to understand market conditions and negotiate price with customers
  • Familiarity with the phases of various commercial construction projects
  • Familiarity with industrial settings and various processes supported by rental Power, Generators, Compressed Air, HVAC, and/or Pumps
  • High level of product knowledge pertaining to rental Power, Compressed Air, HVAC, and Pumps
  • Excellent communication skills and an attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills
