About the RoleThe E-commerce Product Manager plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our online business by developing products that meet customer needs and deliver a seamless shopping experience. This role involves a diverse range of tasks designed to ensure the platform's success while continuously enhancing the user experience.
Key Responsibilities- Product Roadmap Development: Develop and manage a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
- Conversion Rate Optimization: Utilize A/B testing, analyze user behavior, and identify areas for improvement to enhance conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, technology advancements, and competitive landscape and analyze data to inform product decisions and measure the success of enhancements.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to develop and launch new products and features and go-to-market strategies.
- Project Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
- Performance Metrics and KPIs: Track product performance metrics and KPIs to assess the success of products and features.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize performance and user satisfaction.
- Customer Feedback: Ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product development and improvement.
- Product Updates and Reporting: Present product updates and performance reports to senior management to ensure alignment and clarity on product goals and progress.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that products comply with industry regulations and standards and ensure data privacy.
- Competitor Analysis: Evaluate the travel landscape and benchmark against competitors.
- Usability Testing: Conduct website usability testing.
- Technology Development: Assist in the continued enhancement of the Content Management System (CMS) Drupal, Hubspot Customer Relationship Management (CRM) optimization & development, AI & ChatGPT Development.
- Content Optimization: Develop best practices for writing content based on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles and leverage to create, manage, and optimize content to enhance online marketing efforts.
- Consumer Promotions: Create and maintain a Consumer Promotion Calendar for Marketing, Sales & Service Departments and update website accordingly.
- Private Labels: Implement private labels.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience- Education: BSc in Business Administration, Marketing or similar field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the travel industry.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CMS (e.g., Drupal), and other relevant technologies. Basic understanding of web development, UX/UI design, and SEO principles. Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and A/B testing. Hands-on experience with web technologies like HTML, CSS, Java, CSS, Drupal, Hubspot, Shopify is essential.
