Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and prioritize the activities of departmental staff and subcontractors. Provide training and assess employee performance. Offer guidance and support to team members in addressing maintenance challenges and inquiries. Conduct inspections of serviced facilities to ensure quality standards are upheld. Address complaints and propose enhancements.

2. Identify, procure, or order necessary electrical, plumbing, and HVAC components for the repair of existing facilities and for new construction initiatives. Interpret construction blueprints to acquire required materials.

3. Collaborate directly with other maintenance divisions and plant personnel.

Qualifications:

1. A two-year technical degree coupled with five years of relevant experience is preferred.

2. Strong interpersonal skills and basic computer proficiency are advantageous for this role.

3. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
