About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Meijer. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, direct, and supervise team members in various departments to achieve sales goals and maintain store appearance.
  • Implement strategies to improve customer service, drive sales, and ensure customer needs are met.
  • Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and advance their careers.
  • Manage multiple tasks, analyze financial and statistical information, and make informed decisions.
  • Lead by example, promoting a safe work environment and ensuring reliable and consistent attendance.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-3 years of related retail experience, with one year of management experience.
  • Rotational assignments in other areas of the store, customer service, and product flow experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, and manage multiple tasks.
  • Successful completion of all required certifications.
