Job Summary

Forest Properties Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance team at our Waterford Place Property in Manchester, NH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance team and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on appliances, carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and heating/cooling systems.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, management, and team members to ensure that all needs are met.
  • Ability to work a rotational on-call schedule, including overtime and weekends, as needed.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience as a supervisor with the ability to communicate, delegate, and estimate project completion timelines.
  • At least 5 years of experience in carpentry, flooring, plumbing, electrical, or painting. Some HVAC or appliance repair experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift 75 Lbs. or more and engage in physical activities such as walking, crouching, bending, reaching small spaces, and standing for prolonged periods.
  • Must have your own tools and reliable transportation.
  • Eligibility to work in the USA and provide proof if hired.
