Job Title: Call Center Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Call Center Assistant to join our team at Parsons. As a Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and responding to routine telephone inquiries about our company and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to routine telephone inquiries about the company and/or its services.
  • Use a computer system to track such calls and enter information regarding the nature of the call.
  • Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) and typically 2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Requires good verbal communication skills, as well as basic data entry skills.
