Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Hawaii State Federal Credit Union. As a key member of our Call Center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members by phone, promoting our products and services, and handling a variety of member service calls in a prompt and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Service: Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues related to account statements, loans, payments, automatic transfers, interest rates, and investment certificates.
  • Product Promotion: Promote credit union products and services to meet sales and service goals.
  • Call Handling: Handle a high volume of member service calls in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Complete and maintain related reports, records, and files.
Requirements
  • General Knowledge: Possess a general knowledge of credit union policies and procedures.
  • Financial Acumen: Have a basic understanding of loans, payment processes, and interest rates.
  • Experience: Possess at least one year of related experience in a Call Center or equivalent.
