We are currently in search of a courteous, considerate, and driven part-time Guest Services Agent who can foster an atmosphere of luxury while interacting with guests. We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to connect with you.


Position Overview:

Guest Services Agents are tasked with managing daily front desk operations, which include check-ins, check-outs, and the completion of daily operational checklists. Additionally, Guest Services Agents will have dedicated shifts in our Retail Store, the Salt and Sundry Giftshop, where they will oversee daily sales, manage checklists, and assist with inventory management. Guest Services Agents collaborate with all departments to ensure guest satisfaction. This role demands quick thinking, effective problem-solving, and a friendly disposition to provide our guests with the outstanding service and thoughtful amenities that align with our mission of creating joyful, lasting memories.


Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods (4-8 hours)
  • Ability to sit for extended periods (4-8 hours)
  • Ability to lift light packages (under 40 pounds)
  • Ability to perform under pressure

Qualifications:

  • Availability for a minimum of 2 shifts per week
  • Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred experience in guest services within a luxury hotel environment
  • Proficient command of the English language
  • Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certificate to be obtained within 30 days of employment
  • Ability to effectively interact with diverse individuals
  • Strong telephone etiquette is preferred but not mandatory
  • Previous experience in retail and cash handling is advantageous but not essential
  • Capability to multitask and thrive in demanding situations
  • Maintain a positive, outgoing demeanor throughout all shifts
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues across all departments
