We are currently in search of an HVAC Installation Supervisor to lead our operations in the LA Region. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the installation team, setting the standard for excellence and promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high performance. Your leadership will be essential in driving operational efficiency, optimizing workflows, and ensuring we consistently exceed service expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and delegate all HVAC installation tasks, including recruitment, conducting team meetings, and assessing team performance.
  • Effectively manage scheduling and resource allocation to maximize the productivity of the installation teams.
  • Conduct daily check-ins with technicians and team members to ensure they are well-prepared for their tasks.
  • Provide training on sales techniques and new methodologies.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service; maintain clear communication with clients, office personnel, sales teams, and field staff.
  • Accurately document all service calls and jobs in accordance with company standards.
  • Stay informed about the latest technologies and products in the HVAC industry.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience; management experience is a plus.

  • Valid State Driver's License required.
  • Business hours are Monday through Saturday, with varying workdays and hours.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to remain stationary for 50% of the time.
  • May involve bending, climbing (stairs/ladders), repetitive motions, kneeling, reaching, squatting, standing, crawling, walking, and running.
  • Must be able to drive and sit for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 lbs.
  • May require working in outdoor weather conditions.

Compensation Transparency:

The annual salary for this position ranges from $110K to $160K (including compensation and bonuses). Actual pay will depend on various factors, including training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market conditions. Additional rewards may include incentive plans and eligibility for annual bonuses.
