Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness in resident apartments and communal areas.
- Thoroughly clean all bathrooms, including counters, mirrors, sinks, and fixtures.
- Vacuum carpeted spaces and mop tiled floors.
- Spot clean walls and windows as needed.
- Dust furniture and ensure trash cans are emptied regularly.
- Clean baseboards, light fixtures, and HVAC vents.
- Respond to additional housekeeping requests from residents within the designated time frame.
- Assist with trash collection and activity room setups, which may involve moving furniture.
- Report any relevant information to management regarding resident well-being.
- Perform any other housekeeping duties as required.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in housekeeping.
- Ability to read, write, and follow both oral and written instructions in English.
- Proficiency in speaking and understanding English to effectively communicate with supervisors and residents.
