- Thoroughly clean all bathrooms, including countertops, mirrors, sinks, and fixtures in both apartments and communal areas.
- Vacuum carpeted spaces and mop tiled floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Perform spot cleaning on walls and windows as needed.
- Dust furniture and empty waste receptacles regularly.
- Clean baseboards, light fixtures, and HVAC vents to ensure a tidy atmosphere.
- Accommodate additional housekeeping requests from residents within the designated time frame.
- Assist in collecting trash and maintaining cleanliness in common areas.
- Support activity room setups, which may involve moving furniture.
- Report any relevant information to management that pertains to resident well-being.
- Execute any other housekeeping duties as required.
- A minimum of one year of experience in housekeeping.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and following both oral and written instructions in English.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with supervisors and residents.
