Key Responsibilities
  • Thoroughly clean all bathrooms, including countertops, mirrors, sinks, and fixtures in both apartments and communal areas.
  • Vacuum carpeted spaces and mop tiled floors to maintain cleanliness.
  • Perform spot cleaning on walls and windows as needed.
  • Dust furniture and empty waste receptacles regularly.
  • Clean baseboards, light fixtures, and HVAC vents to ensure a tidy atmosphere.
  • Accommodate additional housekeeping requests from residents within the designated time frame.
  • Assist in collecting trash and maintaining cleanliness in common areas.
  • Support activity room setups, which may involve moving furniture.
  • Report any relevant information to management that pertains to resident well-being.
  • Execute any other housekeeping duties as required.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of one year of experience in housekeeping.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and following both oral and written instructions in English.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English with supervisors and residents.
