Drive Sales Success at Schloegel Design Remodel

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as a Director of Sales. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategies to achieve our company's goals.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience in the home remodeling industry, with a proven track record of successfully leading sales teams. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple sellers, managing budgets, and creating and monitoring KPIs and sales pipelines.

A strong understanding of sales operations, budgeting, and pipeline management is essential. Knowledge of AutoCAD, architectural and construction plans, including framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, cabinetry, and elevations, is also required.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate their team, with excellent communication skills and a results-driven approach. If you are a motivated and experienced sales professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.
