Seattle, Washington, United States Community House Mental Health Agency Full time
Job Overview

Position Title: F-PATH Residential Support Specialist - Overnight Shift
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Compensation: $28.84 per hour

Supervisor: F-PATH Supervisor

At Community House Mental Health Agency, we are dedicated to fostering a nurturing environment in Seattle and King County for individuals facing severe and persistent mental health challenges. We recognize that each individual has a distinct narrative, and we strive to ensure that everyone feels welcomed and appreciated.

Our Diversion Services encompass the Forensic-Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness, known as the F-PATH team. This voluntary outreach initiative focuses on assisting adults with significant behavioral health issues. The Washington State Health Care Authority collaborates with our agency to provide services to individuals who have sought competency evaluations multiple times within the past two years. Our F-PATH team offers complimentary, companion-based case management aimed at connecting individuals to resources, ultimately facilitating their access to long-term behavioral health treatment and breaking the cycle of incarceration.

We are excited to announce an opening for a Residential Support Specialist within our F-PATH team.

The F-PATH Residential Support Specialist will collaborate with the team to deliver comprehensive community support for adults residing in transitional, community-based housing, while achieving established program objectives. This role involves working within a team framework to provide essential services, linkage, and coordination. Effective collaboration with other service providers is a critical aspect of this position. Our team employs a harm-reduction, trauma-informed, and client-centered methodology.
