As a Branch Manager at Banner Bank, you will oversee the efficient daily operation of a branch office, including sales, operations, consumer/small business lending, high client service levels, security, and safety in line with the bank's objectives. Develop new deposit and loan business while providing exceptional client service and promoting the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance, and staff motivation. Achieve individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals, and account retention.
This role offers the opportunity to:
- Provide leadership, training, and supervision, delegating day-to-day operations to branch personnel.
- Perform duties in the absence of other branch personnel.
- Achieve established bank and branch goals through active participation in sales management programs.
- Partner in community activities to increase visibility and enhance new and existing business opportunities.
You will conduct regular observations and coaching sessions with the sales team to develop new business, perform outbound business calls on prospects and clients, and drive the branch to meet 100% performance during sales campaigns.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field is required. At least six years of bank branch leadership and operations experience, as well as two years of supervisory/management experience, are necessary. Advanced knowledge of retail products and services is essential, along with proven client service, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
A competitive salary range of $81,806-$117,596 reflects the importance of this role. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, LTD, STD, and life insurance, paid vacation time, sick time, and 11 company-paid holidays. A 401(k) plan with up to 4% match is also available. The estimated salary for this position is around $105,000, based on location and experience.
