Compensation Strategist for High Growth Sales Team

Creative Financial Staffing is seeking a skilled Compensation Strategist to drive our high growth Sales Organization forward.
Responsibilities- We are looking for an expert in compensation design, administration, and analysis to lead our Sales organization towards the next phase of growth.
- You'll collaborate with our Sales, Finance, People, and Operations Leadership teams to develop, implement, and maintain our compensation strategy across Sales, Channels, Account Management, and Customer Success roles.
- Your primary focus will be on orchestrating incentive compensation strategies that drive desired outcomes, providing insights and analysis to ensure timely and accurate sales incentive administration, pay distribution, & budgeting/forecasting on a monthly & quarterly basis.
- This role requires a strong understanding of compensation plans, quota attainment, revenue attribution, and seller roles/responsibilities.
- You'll work closely with stakeholders to define and establish processes and documentation on rules of engagement, quota attainment, revenue attribution, and seller roles/responsibilities.
- Developing, maintaining, and updating commissions systems and processes critical to the administration and reporting of compensation and sales team metrics is also a key responsibility.
- A competitive estimated salary of $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in compensation design, administration, and analysis, preferably in a Sales organization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
