Job Title: Salesforce Data Cloud Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Architect to join our team at MediaMonks. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive data solutions that unify, segment, and activate customer data across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
  • Oversee the integration of various data sources into Salesforce Data Cloud, including data from CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, e-commerce systems, and other third-party applications.
  • Develop and maintain data models and schemas that support data unification, segmentation, and activation processes.
  • Implement and enforce data governance policies to ensure data quality, security, and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Guide the implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, including data ingestion, ETL processes, data transformation, and data activation.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices in data management and Salesforce Data Cloud implementation.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and customer service teams, to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, ensuring they meet performance benchmarks and scalability requirements.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for architecture, processes, and best practices. Provide training and support to end-users and other team members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data architecture, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce Data Cloud or Customer Data Platforms.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion, ETL processes, data modeling, and data activation.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and integration with Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Experience with data integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) and data warehousing solutions.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data query languages, and data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards.
