As a Health Insurance Agent, you'll be responsible for leveraging your insurance knowledge to help our members find the best option for their unique needs. Your goal will be to provide a seamless support experience, ensuring our members derive continued value from their investment in health, dental, or vision coverage.
Responsibilities- Provide customers with a seamless support experience, addressing their insurance-related inquiries and concerns.
- Follow-up with customers after enrollment in coverage to ensure they derive continued value from their investment.
- Help customers navigate the healthcare system, utilizing Stride's proprietary tools to facilitate a smooth experience.
- Quickly identify and resolve issues for customers when transactions and experiences don't go exactly as planned.
- Comprehensively document phone calls and emails with members in Zendesk.
- Answer qualifying and benefit-specific questions to provide accurate and timely support.
- Provide phone and email coverage for our members as scheduled.
- Licensed Insurance Agent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Patience, empathy, and a unique ability to manage stress
- Expert insurance knowledge and experience assisting individuals in signing up for health insurance
- Comfortable working in a support or sales-based digital platform
