Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Pastry Chef to enhance our culinary team. This role is pivotal in ensuring culinary excellence and enriching the café experience within our food program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring adherence to high standards of food quality and safety.
  • Assist the Executive Chef in managing inventory and procurement of ingredients in line with sustainability commitments.
  • Train, motivate, and develop kitchen staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Implement and maintain sanitation and safety protocols within the kitchen.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume kitchen.
