Job Summary

The Compass Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Cuisine to join our team at Restaurant Associates. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences and ensuring operational excellence in our Google Food program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus and production/prep expectations and guides, opening/closing checklist and responsibility guides.
  • Motivate, Train and Develop team members.
  • Assist Executive Chef in ensuring that all products and ingredients that are used are purchased following sector and Food purchasing standards and sustainability commitments.
  • Promote a culture of Food and Workplace Safety.
  • Communicate with the Client honestly, accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Degree in Culinary Arts preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • Has a minimum of 5 years kitchen supervisory experience or applicable culinary experience in a similar volume, quality food service establishment.
  • Strong passion for great food and hospitality.
