About the Job

Abnormal Security is seeking a seasoned Principal Product Marketing Manager to champion our Human Behavior AI platform. In this strategic role, you will position Abnormal as a market leader in AI and Cloud Email Security by crafting compelling messaging, spearheading product launches, and driving market leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft persuasive content for technical security buyers, including webpages, presentations, solution briefs, blogs, and white papers.
  • Work closely with executive leadership to develop targeted presentations and briefings.
  • Evangelize Abnormal to customers and prospects at in-person and virtual events as a subject matter expert.
  • Develop and deliver sales enablement to empower sales teams to understand the email security market and effectively communicate Abnormal's platform capabilities and competitive advantages.
  • Develop and deliver partner enablement.
  • Champion a consistent cadence of product launches across all tiers, ensuring impactful pre-launch buzz and successful post-launch adoption.
  • Regularly brief industry analysts on new product offerings and market trends, ensuring positive brand awareness and thought leadership.
Requirements
  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on precise and concise communication.
  • A product marketing professional with 8+ years of experience, including 5+ years in cybersecurity software, preferably in high-growth SaaS segments.
  • A passion for cybersecurity and deep understanding of the market, trends, and customer pain points.
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable breaking down complex security products into simple terms and creating demos.
  • Market-focused, with a track record of driving results through customer insights.
  • A team player, collaborating effectively across departments.
  • High-energy and enthusiastic, inspiring others.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working closely with executive leadership to create high-impact briefings.
  • Email security experience.
  • Passion for Machine Learning and AI, especially its applications to cybersecurity products.
