Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic direction and leadership to our North America Field Marketing team to meet objectives and enable the sales organization to deliver successful business results.
- Develop and execute regional marketing plans to drive pipeline growth and improve funnel conversion.
- Collaborate with sales, business development, and customer success leaders to ensure strong execution and results.
- Own strategy, development, and execution of targeted marketing programs, including demand generation email campaigns, field events, user events, industry events, webinars, and digital marketing.
- Collaborate with corporate, product, digital, and event marketing teams to ensure consistency across the Freshworks brand.
- 15+ years of experience in Cloud/SaaS enterprise application marketing (B2B).
- Proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive leads, pipeline, and revenue for the business.
- Proven ability to direct internal stakeholders on value proposition for field marketing efforts.
- Deep understanding of Account-Based Marketing vs. Demand Generation at scale.
- Experience in managing budgets, investment models, and tracking marketing programs.
- Strong Field and Partner Marketing background with solid experience in Digital Marketing.
Freshworks offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $213,300-$306,590 USD, plus variable compensation.
