About the Role: Fincantieri Marine Systems LLC is seeking an experienced HR and Workplace Safety Manager to join our team. This critical role ensures the smooth operation of HR functions and workplace safety programs, promoting a safe and efficient work environment for employees.

The successful candidate will have experience in both human resources administration and safety compliance, with a proven track record of promoting a culture of safety awareness and respect among employees.

Main Responsibilities:
  • HR Administration:
    • Manage employee records, provide support for day-to-day HR operations, and track attendance.
    • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Safety Management:
    • Develop and implement safety policies, programs, and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
    • Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments of the workplace.
    • Monitor and report on compliance with OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work effectively with HR, safety, and management teams to implement and enforce policies and programs.
  • Salary Range: The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on experience.

This role requires 3–5 years of experience in human resources administration and/or safety management, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate setting. Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS) and safety management software is a plus.
