About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Sales Representative to join our team at McKee Foods. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our independent wholesale distributors and retailers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with independent distributors in the district
  • Recruit and appoint quality candidates for distributorships
  • Provide sales assistance to distributors and help them grow sales of snack cake products
  • Develop and implement business plans with independent distributors
  • Communicate regularly with independent distributors and retailers
  • Gain authorizations for products and promotions with retailers
Requirements
  • 2+ years of account management and sales leadership experience in the food and beverage industry
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Ability to work from home and travel as needed
  • Clear driver's record
  • Advanced degree, training, or military experience preferred
